Individual coaching differs from therapy by focusing on present parenting issues. Therapy Family relationships can be complex and at times difficult. Collaborative, Integrative Approach Michael’s approach to therapy is, above all else, collaborative. Michael will work with you as a team on your behalf to address the issues you’d like to see go differently. One size fits all therapy isn’t nearly as effective as therapy that is tailored to you and your unique situation(s).
